By using FrigoTechPro (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

FrigoTechPro is a web-based management application for refrigeration professionals (HVAC-R). The Service provides work order management, invoicing, work order report generation, and access to technical reference materials.

Paid plan prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated by Stripe based on the billing address and applicable tax rules. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — access remains active until the end of the paid period. The free student account does not require a monthly payment.

The source code, design, text, and technical reference content of FrigoTechPro are protected by Canadian copyright law. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited without written authorization.

FrigoTechPro strives to keep the Service available 24/7. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. No compensation is offered for service interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

FrigoTechPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. FrigoTechPro may deactivate an account in the event of a violation of these terms. When you delete your account, your data and your clients' data are permanently and immediately erased from our systems (cancellation of any active subscription is included). Only data we are legally required to keep (e.g., invoices, for 7 years for tax purposes) is retained for the required period.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Quebec City.
