Only you. FrigoTechPro uses a strict role-based access control system. Each user sees only their own data. Private messages are encrypted and inaccessible even at the database level.

The application and database are hosted by Render, Inc. (USA). Transactional emails go through Resend, Inc. (USA) and subscription payments through Stripe, Inc. (USA, PCI-DSS compliant). Daily automatic backups. All these transfers outside Quebec are detailed in our privacy policy per Quebec Law 25 article 17.
